This sounds like a perfect evening! A sunset sail past Bodrum Castle with live kanun music must be absolutely magical. Aquarium Bay is one of my favourite spots around Bodrum, the water there is so clear that you can see the fish without even putting your mask on. I really like the idea of the meze workshop on board, it turns a simple boat trip into a real cultural experience. Good to see local wines from Karnas and Mor Salkım on the menu as well, Turkish wine is still underrated by most visitors.
