Designed for independent travelers who still expect clarity, structure, and vetted access. This tier includes structured itinerary creation and support, without on-the-ground presence or 24/7 service. It includes:
- Concierge access via WhatsApp between 10:00–18:00
- One pre-arrival planning consultation
- Itinerary design with one round of revision
- Up to five reservations or bookings (restaurants, beach clubs, or experiences)
- Coordination of one key vendor (driver, transfer, or boat)
- Responses within 2–3 hours during concierge hours
(Up to 6 guests. For groups larger than 6, an additional fee of €150 per person applies.)
