For those seeking structured, professional support without full-time concierge presence. This tier offers a refined balance of personal service and remote coordination, with limited availability and lighter logistics. It includes:
- Daily concierge availability between 09:00–20:00 (WhatsApp and phone)
- Full itinerary design, including up to three rounds of revisions
- All necessary reservations: dining, beach clubs, experiences, boats, transfers
- Coordination of up to two private vendors (chef, driver, massage therapist, etc.)
- Support for tailored daily planning throughout your stay
- Response time within one hour during concierge hours
(Up to 6 guests. For groups larger than 6, an additional fee of €150 per person applies.)
